Services
We offer sustainably focused living solutions for any project. Whether building a new home; adding permaculture to your landscape; or just looking for a small, healthy upgrade to your space, we can offer a design, consultation, or hands-on service.
We specialize in small living space designs like Accessory Dwelling Units, created for extended family or for income producing potential.
Design
We offer design services for small living spaces (1500 square feet or less), for new buildings and remodels.
From conceptual 3D views to complete permit drawings, we can effectively shape direction for your project.
For permaculture, we offer basic concept designs, to artistic, colorful renderings.
Build
We provide full construction services for new, small residential buildings and remodels.
Our creative build team can offer interior finishes like natural plasters, earthen floors, and clay paints. We can also bring to your project hand crafted details like custom furniture or fixtures.
We view building as a craft, an art, while incorporating modern building-science principles for a whole-systems approach.
Consultation/Education
Consultations for your project are available via phone, or on-site. With our expertise, we can easily discuss eco-friendly construction considerations, better/best mechanical and plumbing systems, material resources, along with detailed guidance for how to present your priorities to your builder, and materials to be aware of.
We are available to provide workshops such as women’s basic carpentry and natural building techniques. And we are happy to present information to any group about straw bale building in affordable housing, women in construction, and eco-friendly building practices.
We bring environmental expertise to every building project.
