The Den

We converted a modest detached garage into a modern two bedroom, one bath small house for a family of four.  Since the outside was in good shape, the work focused mainly on turning the inside into an air-tight, healthy living space with lots of storage and functionality. Total living space is 575 square feet, with a screened-in front patio to extend the living area during nice weather.
